HOW MUCH TIME WILL WE SPEND?
Generally, plan to spend 1-2 hours with us.

WHAT SHOULD WE BUY?
The most popular option that people purchase are our FUN PASSES which group arcade credits, and attraction passes together.

WHAT AGE RANGE IS FUN FACTOR GOOD FOR?
Generally ages 5+ is the typical lower end. Our facility is also designed where adults can have an incredible time and not also feel like they are in strictly a "kids place". We truly have something for everyone.

ARE YOU OPEN ON HOLIDAYS?
YES! We are open on all long weekends and holidays with the exception of Dec 25 - Christmas Day that we close.

3) SIGN YOUR WAIVER: If you or your family plan on using our laser tag or bumper car attractions, we require a Waiver to be signed prior to admission. Complete the form online so when you arrive, just give your team your name and we can verify – this will save you time by not having to complete it in store! Note: All guests under 18 need to be added to a waiver under a responsible adult.
